Custom Builds

The preliminary steps of a custom build start with the pool layout. Together, you and Jordan will walk through the yard and get a feel for the design you are trying to create. Each client has different ideas and each yard is capable of different things. Having a builder with experience in this area is key to a successful project. After the layout is in order, the permits and construction will soon follow. JTF will handle all of these tasks making sure nothing is missed and your pool is built correctly in the shortest amount of time. Arranging concrete and deliveries will all be handled by JTF. Seasonal setbacks are always a possibility so leave it to us to arrange timing and move things along as best as possible.
